Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Tiny Manna, a mobile devotional and reflection app provided by Oz Apps ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Tiny Manna, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The App

Tiny Manna provides Scripture-based daily pages, devotional reflections, short prayers, memory cards, widgets, and personal faith habit tools.

Tiny Manna is not a full Bible translation publisher, church, pastoral counseling service, medical service, mental health service, legal service, or emergency service.

Devotional Content

Bible verses are displayed with references and translation attribution. Devotional reflections, prayers, and small acts are original app content intended for encouragement and personal reflection.

The app does not provide personal prophecy, pastoral authority, medical advice, mental health treatment, legal advice, or emergency guidance.

Accounts

You may use core app features without creating an account. Optional Cloud Sync requires Sign in with Apple. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping access to your Apple account secure.

You may request account deletion in the app through Settings > Account > Delete Account.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Tiny Manna Plus is offered through Apple In-App Purchase. Current subscription options are Weekly and Annual. Purchases are processed by Apple, and we do not collect or store your full payment card details.

Subscription prices, durations, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled through your Apple account settings. You can manage or cancel subscriptions using Apple's subscription management tools.

Deleting your Tiny Manna account or deleting the app does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its operation, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, or use it to violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Intellectual Property

Tiny Manna's design, app content, branding, illustrations, and original devotional material belong to us or our licensors. Bible translation text is used according to the applicable translation terms.

No Warranty

Tiny Manna is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the app or website.
